Two culinary traditions, one neighborhood table.
Green Tea House was built on a simple idea: the wok and the sushi bar belong together.
Our family runs two kitchens under one roof in the Alliance area of north Fort Worth. In one, a Chinese wok fires the classics — pepper steak, Happy Family, honey chicken, Kung Pao — hot and fast. In the other, our sushi chefs cut nigiri and build signature rolls to order.
We cook the way we'd cook for our own family: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a welcome that makes regulars out of first-timers. It's why our neighbors keep coming back — and why they trust us with their birthdays, office lunches and family celebrations.

Both. We run a full Chinese wok kitchen and a fresh sushi bar side by side, so one table can share pepper steak and a rainbow roll at the same time.
